Wedding photography and films across Delhi NCR

Most studios arrive for the reception. We shoot the whole wedding: haldi, mehendi, chooda, phere, sangeet, reception, with a team of four to seven, large enough to be in three rooms at once.

The studio

A wedding production studio, not a one-man operation.

A wedding photography and cinematography studio in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, working across Delhi NCR since 2018. Over three hundred weddings so far.

Every wedding gets a team of four to seven. An Indian wedding runs in parallel, so the bride's haldi and the groom's chooda happen at once in different houses. One photographer has to choose. We do not.

Punjabi, Marwari, Hindu, Sikh, South Indian and Bengali ceremonies, in farmhouses, five-star banquet halls and gurudwaras.

The morning of

The half of the wedding most studios miss.

Haldi at eleven, mehendi through the afternoon, chooda before anyone has eaten. Flat light, no stage, no queue for the couple, and these are the photographs families end up framing. Most NCR studios bill from four in the afternoon. We are there from the morning, with the full team.

Full coverage

Every function, not just the big two.

A north Indian wedding is eight to twelve separate events across two or three days. Here is what we cover, and what each one actually needs from a photography team.

Roka & Engagement

The first formal event. Daytime, family-heavy, plenty of group portraits.

Haldi

Turmeric, water, chaos. Weather-sealed bodies and a second pair of hands.

Mehendi

Long afternoon, detail work on hands, the best candid light of the wedding.

Chooda & Kaleere

Early morning, indoors, low light. Emotional and almost always under-shot.

Getting Ready

Bride and groom in two locations at once. This is why team size matters.

Baraat

Moving crowd, mixed light, drone where permitted. One chance at every frame.

Phere & Ceremony

Mandap lighting, seated guests, restricted angles. Technical and unrepeatable.

Sangeet

Stage performances, rehearsed and otherwise. Multi-camera video matters here.

Reception

Four hundred people, coloured stage wash, receiving line. Lighting discipline.

Vidai

Ten minutes, no second take, the most emotional frames of the whole wedding.

Pre-Wedding

On location across NCR, in the hills, or wherever the two of you want.

Anand Karaj

Gurudwara etiquette and restrictions. We have shot many, and we brief for them.

Then the light changes, and so does the wedding.Vidai · the day turns over

After dark

And then the room goes gold.

Baraat, phere, sangeet, reception. Mixed lighting, moving crowds, and one chance at every frame. This is the half of the day most portfolios are built on, and the half that separates studios who can light a room from studios who hope the venue does it for them.

Wedding films

The film is the thing they will actually watch.

Multi-camera coverage, live audio on the vows and the speeches, and a proper edit. Not a three-minute reel cut to a licensed track.

How it works

Five steps, the same every time.

Consistency is the point. Whether we are shooting a two-day wedding in Indirapuram or a four-day destination wedding in Udaipur, the process does not change.

Check the date

Message us on WhatsApp with your dates. We confirm availability the same day.

Consultation

A call or a meeting. We map every function, venue and timing before quoting.

Proposal

A written proposal built for your wedding: team size, days, deliverables, costs.

The wedding

Team briefed, venues recced, backups in every bag. We arrive before you need us.

Delivery

Teaser first, then the full edit, then the film, then your album.

Recent weddings

Complete weddings, not twelve best frames.

Every studio shows you their strongest dozen images. We show entire weddings, start to finish, so you can see what an ordinary hour looks like.

Why families book us

Three things that actually change your photographs.

Team size, not one hero

Four to seven people per wedding. When the bride's haldi and the groom's chooda run at the same time in two houses, a single photographer has to pick one. We cover both, properly, with the same standard on each.

Morning to midnight

Most NCR studios bill from four in the afternoon. Our coverage starts with the morning functions, because that is where the unguarded photographs are, and where the competition simply is not present.

Complete weddings shown

Our portfolio shows whole days, not a curated dozen. You can judge the consistency of an ordinary hour before you book, which is the only honest way to compare two studios.

What couples say

In their words.

★★★★★
Two shooters were at the house before we were awake, and half our favourite photographs are from a morning we had not even thought to book properly.
Client · Ghaziabad
★★★★★
They handled three days without a single reminder from us. Turned up before call time every morning, knew the venue better than our own coordinator did.
Client · Delhi
★★★★★
The reception film made my father cry, and he has never cried at a wedding, including his own.
Client · Noida
★★★★★
We compared five studios in NCR. Shotnama were not the cheapest, but they were the only ones who showed us a complete wedding instead of a highlight reel.
Client · Gurgaon
★★★★★
My haldi and my husband's chooda were in two different houses at the same time. They covered both properly. That is the whole reason we booked them.
Client · Indirapuram
★★★★★
The lighting at our reception was a nightmare, coloured stage wash and a low ceiling. The photos came back looking like a film set.
Client · Greater Noida
★★★★★
Six hundred edited images and not one that felt posed. Our families still argue over which ones go in the album.
Client · Delhi
★★★★★
They asked about our rituals before the wedding instead of during it. Small thing, but nobody else did that.

Where we shoot

Across Delhi NCR

Based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. We shoot across the NCR every season and travel for destination weddings anywhere in India.

Venues we know

We have already shot your venue.

Knowing a venue in advance changes the photographs: where the light falls at four, which corner works for portraits, what the management will and will not allow.

Common questions

Before you ask us.

The questions couples ask us most. If yours is not here, just message us.

How many photographers will cover our wedding?

Between four and seven people depending on the number of functions and venues. That usually means a lead photographer, a second, a candid specialist, a cinematographer, and a drone operator where the venue allows it. Send us your function list on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly what your wedding needs.

Do you cover morning functions like haldi and mehendi?

Yes, and this is the main thing that separates us. Haldi, mehendi, chooda and getting-ready are shot with the same team and the same attention as the reception. Most NCR studios bill from four in the afternoon. We do not work that way.

How much does wedding photography cost in Delhi NCR?

The market runs from roughly ₹45,000 to well over ₹2,00,000 per day, and the number depends on team size, days, functions, deliverables and travel. We price every wedding individually rather than selling fixed packages. Message us with your dates and function list and we will send a proposal, usually within a day.

Why do you not publish fixed prices?

Because no two weddings need the same thing. A one-day wedding and a three-day wedding across two cities cannot be sold from the same price list. A fixed package either overcharges you for what you do not need or leaves out what you do. We would rather look at your actual wedding first.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak-season NCR dates, the November to February window and the April to May window, go early, often six to ten months ahead. Off-season dates are far easier. If your date is close, message us anyway. We sometimes have gaps.

How long until we get our photos and film?

You will get a small teaser set soon after the wedding, then the full edit, then the film, then the album. Turnaround depends on the size of the wedding and the time of year. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will give you the actual timeline for your date in writing.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes. We shoot across India, including Jaipur, Udaipur, Mussoorie, Rishikesh and Jim Corbett, and we travel internationally. Travel and accommodation are handled separately from the coverage fee. Message us with the location and we will break it down properly.

Which wedding traditions have you photographed?

Punjabi, Marwari, Hindu, Sikh, South Indian and Bengali weddings across the NCR, along with Anand Karaj at gurudwaras and Nikah ceremonies. Each has its own etiquette and restrictions on where a photographer can stand and when, so we brief the team beforehand rather than working it out on the day.

What happens if a photographer falls ill on the wedding day?

Because we work as a team of four to seven rather than one person, no single absence stops the coverage, and we keep backup shooters on call during peak season. We also carry duplicate camera bodies and lenses in every bag.

Do you back up photos on the day itself?

Yes. Cards are copied to multiple drives before anyone leaves the venue, and the footage is never on a single device overnight. If you want the specifics of how we handle this, just ask.

Can we give you a shot list?

Please do, particularly for family groups, since those are the photographs people ask for years later and the easiest to miss in the rush. Send it a week before and we will build it into the timeline.

Can we see a complete wedding rather than highlights?

Yes, and we would encourage it. Comparing studios on their best twelve frames tells you almost nothing. Ask us for a full wedding gallery and you will see what an ordinary hour looks like.

Check your date.

Send us your wedding dates and we will tell you straight away whether we are free, then put together a proposal built around your wedding.
