How to read this page
Not a wall of our twelve best frames.
Every studio shows you the same thing: a grid of their strongest images from forty different weddings. It looks impressive and tells you nothing about whether they can hold a whole day together. Below, the work is grouped by function, in the order a wedding runs, with the films alongside.
01 · The morning
Haldi, mehendi, chooda.
Flat light, no stage, no queue for the couple. The functions most NCR studios bill as extra, and the ones families end up framing.

02 · The ceremony
Baraat, phere, vidai.
Mandap lighting, restricted angles, seated guests and no second take. The technical half of the day, and the part a studio either handles or does not.

03 · Films
