We arrive a day early.
A destination wedding gives you one advantage a city wedding never does: the whole party is in one place with nowhere else to be. It also gives you unfamiliar venues, unpredictable light and no chance to nip back to the studio for a forgotten lens.
So we travel a day ahead, walk the venue in daylight, and carry duplicate bodies and lighting for everything. The team that lands is the same team you met in Delhi.

Rajasthan palaces, Uttarakhand hills, Himachal resorts and the coast. Travel and stay are quoted separately and set out clearly in the proposal, so there are no surprises after the wedding.

Four things we sort before we fly.
Venue recce
We arrive a day early and walk the site in the light you will be married in.
Equipment
Duplicate bodies, lenses and lighting. There is no rental shop at a hill resort.
Drone rules
Checked in advance. Many heritage properties and hill zones do not permit flight.
Costs in writing
Travel, stay and any local permits itemised in the proposal before you commit.
Where do you travel for destination weddings?
Across India, including Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Jim Corbett, Shimla, Goa and Kerala. We also travel internationally.
Who pays for travel and accommodation?
You do, and it is quoted separately from the coverage fee and itemised in the proposal before you commit.
How early do you arrive?
A day ahead wherever possible, so the team can walk the venue in daylight before the first function.
Is the team the same as for a Delhi wedding?
Yes. The people who meet you in Delhi are the people who travel.
Can you fly a drone at heritage venues?
Often not. Many palace and heritage properties prohibit it, as do some hill zones. We check before you plan around it.
How many rooms do you need?
Depends on team size, usually two or three twin rooms. We confirm the exact number in the proposal.
