Venues we have already shot
Knowing a venue in advance changes the photographs: where the light falls at four, which corner works for portraits, and what the management will actually allow.
Send us your venue name · we will tell you what we know
Why it matters
A venue you know is an hour you save.
The first time a photographer shoots a venue, part of the day goes on working out where the light is, which corner takes a portrait, where the power is and what the management objects to. The second time, none of it does.
Below are the venues across Delhi NCR we shoot most often. If yours is not listed, send us the name anyway. We have shot many more than we can sensibly list, and where we have not, we arrive early and walk it.

What we check
Five things about any venue, before the day.
Ceiling height
Decides whether we can bounce light or have to build it. Affects every indoor photograph.
Portrait spots
One good corner is enough. Finding it at eleven at night is not a plan.
Drone policy
Many venues refuse regardless of the rules. We ask rather than assume.
Lighting restrictions
Some venues prohibit stands in the banquet, which changes what is possible.
Power and access
Where equipment loads in and whether there is a generator worth relying on.
Music curfew
A hard cut-off reshapes the evening, and therefore the coverage.
Where we shoot
Tell us your venue.
Send the name on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether we have shot there, what the light does and what the management allows.
