How we work
Twelve steps from your first message to the finished album, run the same way at every wedding. Nothing improvised, nothing agreed verbally.

Why it matters
Consistency is the whole product.
Anyone can produce good photographs at one wedding. The difficult part is producing them at every wedding, whether it is a two-day booking in Indirapuram or a four-day destination wedding in Udaipur, and whether the timeline holds or collapses by two hours.
That only happens if the process does not change. Below is exactly what happens, in order, every time.
Step by step
Twelve steps, every wedding.
Check your date
Message us on WhatsApp with your dates. We reply the same day with a straight yes or no on availability, before any conversation about money.
You send: the dates, the city or venue, and roughly which functions you want covered.
Consultation
A call or a meeting at the studio. We map every function, every venue and the timings, and work out what the wedding actually needs rather than what a package says it needs.
We ask: how many functions, how many venues, whether anything runs in parallel, and what your families care most about.
Written proposal
Team size, days, functions, deliverables, timelines, what is included and what is not, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms. All of it in writing before any money moves.
You get: one document with no asterisks. If something is extra, it says so and it says how much.
Booking
A booking advance holds the date. The contract is signed at this point, not later, and you keep a copy.
We confirm: the date is blocked and the team is provisionally assigned.
Planning call
Two to three weeks before, we go through the final timeline, your shot list, family group combinations, and anything the venue restricts.
You send: your shot list and the names of who to find for family groups.
Venue recce
Where a venue is new to us and the timeline allows, we visit beforehand. For destination weddings we arrive a day early as standard.
We check: light through the day, portrait spots, power, drone rules, and where the team can move.
The wedding
The team arrives before the first function, not before the reception. Four to seven people, briefed, with duplicate bodies and lenses in every bag.
On the day: cards are backed up to multiple drives before anyone leaves the venue.
Teaser
A small edited set soon after the wedding, so you have something to post and something to send to family who could not attend.
You get: a handful of frames while the wedding is still the thing everyone is talking about.
Full edit
The complete edited gallery, delivered as a private online gallery you can download from and share.
Timeline: given to you in writing at proposal stage, and we tell you if anything changes.
The films
Highlight film first, then the longer film. Multi-camera, with the audio recorded separately from the cameras.
You approve: music and any changes before the final cut is locked.
Album design
You shortlist from the full gallery, we design spread by spread, and you approve a digital draft before anything is printed.
Nothing prints until you have signed off every spread.
Handover
The finished album, plus your full gallery archived on our side. We keep backups so a lost drive is not a lost wedding.
After: ask us for a re-export any time. We do not delete weddings.
What we guarantee
Four things that are never negotiable.
Backups on site
Cards are copied to multiple drives before anyone leaves the venue. Your wedding is never on a single device overnight, and we keep an archive afterwards.
Duplicate equipment
Spare bodies, lenses, batteries and cards in every bag. A failure mid-ceremony costs us a few seconds, not your photographs.
Everything in writing
Deliverables, timelines, team size, payment schedule and cancellation terms, agreed before you pay anything. No verbal add-ons.
How long does the whole process take?
From first message to finished album, usually a few months, most of which is the gap before the wedding itself. Post-wedding, the teaser comes first, then the full edit, then the films, then the album.
Do you visit the venue before the wedding?
Where the venue is new to us and the timeline allows, yes. We have already shot most major NCR venues, which usually covers it. For destination weddings we arrive a day early as standard.
What happens if a photographer falls ill?
Because we work as a team of four to seven, no single absence stops coverage, and we keep backup shooters on call during peak season.
How do you back up photographs on the day?
Cards are copied to multiple drives before anyone leaves the venue. The footage is never on a single device overnight.
Is there a written contract?
Yes, signed at booking. Deliverables, dates, team size, payment schedule and cancellation terms are all in it before any money moves.
Can we change things after booking?
Within reason, yes. Added functions or changed venues are common. Tell us as early as you can and we will re-issue the proposal.
